Lead Management Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Management Specialist will manage inbound customer inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure a seamless transition to sales teams while maintaining high CRM data quality and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct structured discovery to qualify leads within established SLAs Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead dispositions to support sales efforts Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to escalate complex inquiries and provide feedback on lead quality Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in customer service 1+ years of experience in a lead management or sales development role Prior experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system Fluency in English
