The role involves developing and implementing nursing care plans, delivering holistic care, and fostering collaborative relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a dynamic surgical environment. Job Details Certifications, Education, and Experience: CA Registered Nurse Licensure, BLS (American Heart Association), Scrub and Circulate experience specifically in Cardiac services; 2 years experience required, with additional preferred experience in hepatobiliary, robotic, spine, or ophthalmology services. Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, starting from 7:00 AM, with variable start times (7 AM, 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM), totaling 40 hours per week, with rotating weekends and occasional overtime support. Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive perioperative nursing care, assists with surgical procedures, ensures patient safety and comfort, and maintains sterile techniques and documentation throughout surgical cases. Additional Information: Candidates must possess advanced skills in procedures such as abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, cardiac monitoring, endoscopic sinus procedures, and robotic surgeries. Candidates should be prepared to complete required onboarding modules during orientation and provide full work history for verification purposes.
