Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. The assistant manager interacts with customers on a regular basis, leads the customer experience with the store team, and strategizes to achieve team sales goals.
