Core Focus of the Role Professional Outreach & Identification Engage with experienced professionals and leadership candidates through digital outreach strategies. Consultative Conversations Conduct structured professional discovery conversations to evaluate alignment and professional readiness (training and systems provided). Onboarding & Mentorship Support new associates through the onboarding process, offering ongoing strategic support with access to structured leadership training and mentorship. Global Professional Collaboration Participate and contribute in live weekly leadership strategy sessions with an international network of experienced professionals. Ideal Professional Profile Experience: 7 years of senior-level professional experience in leadership development, learning and development, coaching, consulting, organisational development, or other people-focused leadership roles. Accountability: A strong history of leadership and strategic responsibility with the ability to manage your own performance. Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for senior-level professional conversations. Mindset: A self-motivated “Big Thinker” seeking autonomy, flexibility, and a direct link between effort and outcomes.
