West IFM Lead

Role Summary FIFM Lead – Workplace Services for a consumer goods and services client. You will act as a senior subject‑matter expert focused on operational excellence, legislative compliance, and innovation across creative campuses. Your role includes guiding and mentoring campus Facilities Managers to implement JLL’s global Target Operating Model (TOM) and solving complex operational challenges. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Serve as the senior operational subject‑matter expert for a portfolio of campus Facilities Managers, providing technical guidance and mentorship for consistent implementation of TOM. Analyze regional financial performance, partner with site leaders to develop budgets, identify cost‑optimization strategies, and ensure adherence to the GMP commercial model. Offer expertise and guidance on Building Management Systems (BMS), PPM schedules, and asset management to ensure Industry Best Practices are applied. Provide guidance on EHS standards and legislative compliance, supporting internal and external audits for portfolio‑wide adherence. Independently plan and lead complex regional initiatives, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of operational issues for seamless facility services delivery. Champion the use of JLL’s technology stack, leveraging Corrigo and Azara AI to analyze data, identify KPIs, and recommend innovations to enhance service efficiency. Collaborate with regional Workplace Experience and Engineering leads to ensure fully integrated service delivery and a superior campus environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in integrated facilities management or corporate real estate, managing a multi‑site portfolio. Advanced knowledge of IFM principles, vendor management, and operational best practices in a complex, client‑focused environment. Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills for resolving complex operational issues. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget oversight and cost‑control strategies within contractual frameworks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and building partnerships. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercising judgment to achieve results. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of IFM experience, ideally within a global account model for a creative or technology‑focused client. Experience with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) or similar at‑risk commercial structures. Experience leading large‑scale projects or program implementations, such as new service model rollouts. High proficiency with CMMS platforms (e.g., Corrigo) and BI/analytics tools. Industry certifications such as CFM, FMP, or PMP, and relevant EHS certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or CSP). Experience mentoring operational teams without direct supervisory authority. Estimated base salary: $123,000 – $150,700 per year.
