Job Title: Restaurant Floor Support Associate

Department: Condesa Restaurant

Reports To: General Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Full-Time & Part-Time Available !

Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team! This position keeps the dining room running smoothly by combining three closely related roles: delivering food promptly and accurately, resetting and maintaining tables, and providing general floor assistance to servers, hosts, and guests. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively with customers and all team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, and presentation.
• Must be able to use a computer for timekeeping and cash handling purposes.
• Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety.
• Ability to obtain any applicable certifications/licensures as required.

Education & Experience: 

• Customer-service experience preferred.
• Prior experience with cash register and/or cash handling highly recommended.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
• Experience in high end restaurant preferred.
