Job Overview

Our organization is in search of a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join our growing multispecialty medical group. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a physician who appreciates a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient practice and is eager to establish a long-term career within a physician-led environment.

We invite applications from candidates with general neurology training as well as those with fellowship training in areas such as Movement Disorders, Epilepsy, Neuro- Immunology/Multiple Sclerosis, Cognitive Disorders, or other neurology subspecialties. All areas of expertise will be carefully considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough outpatient evaluations, diagnoses, and management of patients with various neurological conditions.
• Create personalized treatment plans and coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists.
• Interpret and utilize diagnostic tests, including EEG, EMG/NCS, neuroimaging, and laboratory analyses.
• Perform neurological procedures within the scope of training and credentials.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the establishment of clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
• Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations and an outstanding patient experience.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to uphold clinical excellence.
• Contribute to the development of subspecialty programs based on training and interests.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Fellowship training in a neurology subspecialty is welcomed but not mandatory.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Connecticut.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
