VP of Human Resources / Director

We are looking for an accomplished Human Resources leader to shape and elevate the people strategy for our organization in South Florida. This role will oversee the full HR function, guiding initiatives that strengthen talent development, total rewards, compliance, employee experience, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, a strong foundation in building scalable HR practices, and the ability to support growth while preserving a dynamic, high-performing culture.Responsibilities:• Create and lead an HR roadmap that supports both immediate priorities and long-range business goals across the organization.• Design scalable people policies, governance standards, and operating practices that bring structure to a growing business while maintaining agility.• Build talent development programs that enhance employee capability, support career progression, and strengthen leadership readiness.• Direct compensation and benefits strategies, including market analysis, job architecture, incentive design, and annual pay planning.• Oversee HR technology and infrastructure by assessing platforms, improving system integration, and increasing automation, data quality, and reporting capabilities.• Provide leadership for payroll administration by ensuring accurate processing, regulatory compliance, effective controls, and strong coordination with finance and external providers.• Establish a consistent onboarding approach that helps new hires quickly understand the company’s culture, expectations, and ways of working.• Advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance concerns, workplace conflict, investigations, and corrective action.• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while updating HR policies, handbooks, and related documentation to reduce organizational risk.
