About the Role:
Seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of commercial litigation and a passion for supporting businesses in their legal endeavors. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, engaging with clients, and using your expertise to navigate complex legal challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and conducting discovery.
- Provide sound legal advice grounded in real-world insights that consider the complexities of business operations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and advisors to develop effective legal strategies tailored to client needs.
- Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar membership.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation or related legal practice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
