Superior Towing is seeking an experienced Light Duty Tow Truck Operator to join our team. Superior has been in business for over 20 years, serving as a leader in the industry in Central Jersey. Valid driver's license for the state of residence. Clean driving record: satisfactory pre- and post-employment screening results. Pass a pre-employment background check. Physical requirements: ability to lift over 25lbs, carry equipment, bend, kneel, and balance. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Completion of required training courses. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather and work extended or irregular hours. Key Responsibilities Respond to member requests for assistance. Provide other roadside services like jump starts, lock-out assistance, and fuel delivery. Maintain service vehicles and equipment. Ensure positive member experiences. Promote AAA products and services. Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations. Perform automotive diagnostics and basic repairs as needed during towing operations. Load and unload vehicles, ensuring they are secured properly for transport.
