Banquet Server / Server Assistant

DBS is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the role of Banquet Server / Server Assistant to join our team. As a family-owned hospitality staffing company, we specialize in connecting talented hospitality professionals with esteemed clients in the event and catering industry. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are committed to providing exceptional service during events and banquets.

Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up banquet rooms and arranging tables, chairs, linens, and centerpieces according to event specifications.
Serve food and beverages to guests during events, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
Clear plates, glasses, and utensils from tables promptly and efficiently.
Assist with the breakdown and cleanup after events, including proper storage of leftover items and cleaning of equipment and banquet spaces.
Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
Collaborate with the kitchen and event staff to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
