Hospitality Leader (Housekeeping/Laundry/Inspections)- Bryant Real Estate

Essential Functions of the Position

• Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and guests.
• Supervise housekeeping and inspection activities for 100+ units in

coordination with Housekeeping Manager. * Coordinate with multiple contract vendors to ensure consistency of standards across all properties. * Coordinate turn-day cleans for multiple units at the same time in coordination with Housekeeping Manager.

• Deliver linens, bedding, and other items as needed to units.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest and owner issues that are elevated

to your level.

• Complete detailed property inventories and inspections by required deadlines.
• Maintain stockroom inventory and coordinate with manager for replenishment.
• Monitor vacant properties and respond to last minute reservations as needed.
• Communicate with multiple departments as needed to maintain all properties to

a high standard.

• Assist Property Managers as assigned.
• Assist and supervise laundry facility as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Use smart phone and/or wireless tablet to monitor and update tasks and

assignments.

• Experience with Microsoft Office required.
• Prior experience with vacation rental software Track is a plus but not

required. Additional Information: * This role may require training and occasional work out of our warehouse near Gordon Rd and Market. Your base location will be in Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach (in the office, in the laundry facility and in the field). * Must be able to provide reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement.
