Job Description:
- Develop, design, and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, repeat purchases, and sales.
- Write compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action that resonate with target audiences.
- Create, update, and maintain visually appealing email templates aligned with brand standards.
- Manage email lists, audience segmentation, and customer targeting to deliver relevant, personalized campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Develop and execute long-term email marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, repeat purchases, and overall e-commerce performance.
- Test and optimize email content, creative assets, offers, and campaign strategies to improve results.
- Create and edit marketing graphics for email campaigns and other digital channels.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and AI-powered creative tools to crop, resize, compress, and optimize images and graphics for digital use.
- Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality.
