Determine hospice eligibility and pain and symptom management. Participate in the care of the hospice patient as a member of the interdisciplinary team.QualificationsEducation and experience, essentialMust be a graduate of an approved school, and licensed as a nurse practitioner (NP) in the state in which they currently practice.Must have demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Medicare conditions of participation.Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.Education and experience, preferredAt least five years nursing experience with a minimum of one year in hospice preferred.At least three years of clinical registered NP experience preferred.RequirementsMust possess a valid state driver licenseMust maintain automobile liability insurance as required by lawMust maintain dependable transportation in good working conditionMust be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditionsMust possess CPR certificationAdditional InformationEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
