Sales- Moving and Junk Removal

This is a Full-Time Sales role. A work phone, iPad, and laptop will be provided. A company vehicle will also be provided to be used during working hours only. Weekly stipend of $900 plus commissions and bonuses. Earn up to $70,000 per year or more! Get Paid Every Friday! To be one of the H.U.N.K.S., you must be: Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, and Service-oriented. As a Mover – Junk Remover, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. Essential Duties Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients. Look, act and become a friendly college hunk – starting with the uniform, and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact). Confirm all scheduled estimates for the following day Contact clients with ETA calls Arrive to all estimates within the scheduled arrival window Complete all Move and Junk estimates while utilizing the Estimator tool Report estimates as completed, lost, booked, or canceled Convert estimates at 50% or higher (bonuses included for higher conversion) Complete daily marketing activities (drops ins, box drops, ZIGMA, cold emails) Schedule and attend weekly marketing/networking events Complete daily checklists Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including accidents, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc. Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance SAFELY operate at all times Requirements MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
