Senior Lending Officer: Mission-Driven Real Estate Finance
People Architects
People Architects seeks a Senior Lending Officer to lead complex community development real estate lending, including church-owned and nonprofit projects. You will manage loan origination, underwriting, closings, and risk, while coordinating with stakeholders to maximize mission impact. You will analyze credit, develop pro forma, and raise capital through partnerships with banks and CDFIs, traveling 25–30% as needed across the U.S. This is Cleveland-based and office-centered. #J-18808-Ljbffr People Architects
