About the Role
The Company is seeking an Enterprise Sales VP for Hospital and Health Systems to join their mission of transforming the U.S. healthcare system. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's footprint with large health systems as self-funded employers through direct sales. This role demands an individual with a proven track record in deep sales, particularly in the health benefits sector, and a strong preference for those with 5+ years of experience selling into hospitals and health systems. The focus is on establishing and cultivating high-level relationships, owning the direct sales cycles, and running the CHRO/CFO/Total Rewards sale inside health systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of sales experience, and a deep understanding of how health systems buy for their own employees. Applicants for the Enterprise Sales VP position at the company should be adept at keeping current with market knowledge and competitor products, as well as supporting the development of new strategic relationships. A data literacy that allows for the transformation of complex datasets into actionable insights is essential.
