Assistant Front Office Manager

Deine Aufgaben Stellvertretende Leitung des Front Office und Vertretung des Empfangschefs bei dessen Abwesenheit Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen operativen Ablauf am Empfang (Check-in, Check-out, Kassenführung, Tagesabschlüsse) Professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt Aktives Beschwerde- und Reklamationsmanagement mit lösungsorientiertem Ansatz Führung, Motivation, Einschulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden am Empfang Mitverantwortung für Dienst- und Ferienplanung sowie Kontrolle der Arbeitszeiten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Service- und Sicherheitsstandards Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen Kontrolle und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen am Front Office Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben (Statistiken, Reports, Korrespondenz) Upselling von Hotelangeboten sowie aktive Gästebindung Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung am Empfang, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Freundliches, sicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Hotelsoftware von Vorteil) #J-18808-Ljbffr Unternehmensauskunft
