Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Fairmont Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center | Fairmont, WV 26554
Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour, based on experience Shifts: Full-Time and Part-Time | Day Shift and Night Shift available New graduates welcome. Walk-in interviews accepted.
Fairmont Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is under new management, and we are growing our nursing team. We are a skilled nursing and long-term care facility looking for compassionate, dependable LPNs who want supportive leadership, a stable schedule, and real opportunities to advance.
What You'll Do As a Licensed Practical Nurse on our team, you will:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule (med pass)
Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate with the RN, DON, and physicians
Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care
Maintain accurate documentation in resident charts and electronic medical records
Communicate with residents and families with compassion and professionalism
Follow infection control, safety, and state and federal regulatory standards

Qualifications
Active LPN license in West Virginia or a Compact State
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
New graduate LPNs and experienced nurses are both encouraged to apply
Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric experience is a plus but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
