This entry-level, full-time onsite role is ideal for a licensed nurse who is fluent in Spanish and English, passionate about patient care, and excited to learn clinical aesthetic procedures in a supportive team environment. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional, culturally competent patient experience while supporting providers in minimally invasive treatments and wellness services.Why this role is exciting: You will work directly with experienced providers in a fast-growing practice, gain hands-on training in aesthetics and regenerative therapies, use your language skills to expand access to care, and contribute to visible transformations that improve patients’ confidence and well-being.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate, culturally competent patient care in both Spanish and English during intake, treatment, and follow-up.Perform patient assessments: obtain medical histories, record vitals, document allergies and medications, and prepare charts for providers.Assist providers during minimally invasive aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, IV hydration) by preparing supplies, positioning patients, and maintaining sterile technique.Administer treatments within nursing scope of practice and clinic protocols (e.g., IV therapy, injections) when appropriately trained and delegated.Deliver clear pre- and post-procedure education and discharge instructions in the patient’s preferred language to ensure understanding and compliance.Accurately document treatments, consent, and clinical notes in the electronic medical record and communicate follow-up plans to patients and providers.Maintain clinic cleanliness, inventory, and equipment readiness; assist with restocking and ordering clinical supplies.Act as a patient advocate and Spanish-language liaison—answer questions, triage concerns, and escalate clinical issues to providers as needed.RequirementsRequired QualificationsCurrent, unrestricted nursing license (RN or LVN/LPN) in Arizona.Fluent in Spanish and English—strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Excellent interpersonal skills, professional bedside manner, and a patient-centered approach.Ability to work onsite full-time at our Scottsdale location and a willingness to learn new clinical skills in aesthetics and wellness.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or outpatient aesthetic clinic.Training or certification in injectables (Botox/fillers), IV therapy, phlebotomy, or wound care.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and medical documentation best practices.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Interest in continuing education and professional growth within aesthetic and functional medicine.BenefitsBenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based opportunities.Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.Paid time off and holiday pay for full-time employees.Professional development support, including paid training and certification assistance in aesthetics and wellness therapies.Employee discounts on medspa services and medical-grade skincare products.401(k) or retirement savings plan options (if applicable) and potential employer match.Supportive, collaborative team culture with clear paths for career advancement as the practice grows.Equal Opportunity & Inclusion StatementHaus of Confidence is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
