Change Consultant

We are seeking a Change & Communications Analyst to support a Centre of Excellence function delivering change and communications across digital product initiatives for one of our large consulting clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their change management capability in a structured, supportive environment.

This will be a 6 month contract , with the goal to extend on past this point. You will be expected to work a hybrid model with 1-2 days a week onsite. This team have offices in Boston, Chicago or Atlanta.

Targeting the following skillsets:

1. End-to-end change management experience.
2. Strong experience in finance programmes (SAP, finance transformation, risk, regulatory).
3. Proven delivery ownership with ability to hit the ground running.
4. Experience across strategy, adoption, enablement, and execution.
5. Track record driving behavioural change through communications and engagement.
6. Strong stakeholder management (working closely with people at all levels).
7. Experience in process mapping, change impacts, and adoption readiness.
8. Solid understanding of change methodologies.
