We believe that a variety of backgrounds makes our team stronger and more innovative.Are You a Match?Required:High School Diploma or equivalentMust have valid driver licensePreferred:Bachelor Degree in related field or post-secondary education equivalent to one year of Business Management or equivalent preferred or equivalent experience in a job related discipline.Computer experience or basic knowledge of SAP.A thorough understanding of products, services, and associated technologies, or a curiosity and readiness to learn.Experience guiding a team of six or more associates, with a demonstrated ability to effectively support professional development, including coaching, accountability, and performance reviews.Ability to read, analyze, and foster understanding of general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages to support informed decision-making.BenefitsWe care about and support our Airgas Families.
