Your Role & Impact Lead, oversee, and inspire your team of paralegals, assistants, and case managers. Conduct powerful client consultations and strategy sessions. Review and ensure accuracy of applications while maintaining elite quality standards. Provide consistent, strategic legal guidance. Represent clients with confidence and determination at hearings and interviews. Track progress, meet performance goals, and adapt to changing laws. Licensed attorney in Texas, in good standing. Minimum of 5 years experience in immigration law, with proven expertise in: Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Convention Against Torture Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A & EOIR-42B) U-Visas Adjustment of Status (Green Cards) Consular Processing DACA EADs Advanced Parole requests I-751s Work Visas (Business Immigration experience is a plus) Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing legal teams. Superior writing ability and persuasive legal argumentation. Tech-savvy and detail-oriented you spot errors others overlook. Comfortable and effective in high-stakes environments such as courtrooms and interviews. Proven record of winning cases. Reliable, punctual, and consistently focused.
