Our client, a leading organization in the digital and healthcare sectors, is seeking a dedicated IT Compliance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the IT Digital Systems & Compliance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Support the company's digital platforms by ensuring website performance, usability, and operational stability.

Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex web technologies into clear, actionable insights.

Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and support content updates and routine site maintenance.

Document processes, updates, and troubleshooting steps to maintain operational clarity and compliance.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and IT partners to implement enhancements, patches, and new features, ensuring adherence to security and accessibility standards.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and backend web applications such as S3, ESL, or TIBCO.

Understanding of basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow and a background in IT support, web administration, or digital operations.
