Job Summary The position of Emergency Room Registered Nurse is located in Wisconsin. The role involves providing patient care in a fast‑paced emergency department setting. Candidates must bring their licensed registered nurse (RN) license on the first day. The assignment is for 13 weeks, starting approximately June 15, 2026. Job Details Specialty: ED – Emergency Department Discipline: RN Location: Portage, Wisconsin Start Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 Shift: 12 hours, nights (5 p.m. to 5 a.m.) Employment Type: Travel Float rotation may be required to Wisconsin Rapids, Plover, and Stevens Point. Every other night and holiday rotation. On‑call and callback opportunities available, callback minimum 2 hours. Must adhere to vaccination policies during flu season, including wearing masks if declined vaccination. Required Qualifications Valid Wisconsin RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. Minimum 2+ years emergency department experience. Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience required. Associate degree or certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior travel nursing experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fast‑paced emergency environment. Experience in a similar clinical setting preferred.
