Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will contribute to security-related operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while putting people first each day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, members, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobby areas, parking areas, ATMs, and the exterior perimeter, to help to deter unusual activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances and exits, verify access permissions when required, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications, and support closing and opening routines as directed by site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
