Job Full Description Optician- $15.00 an hour Express Employment Professionals in Laramie is searching for a Full Time Optician who will have core responsibilities in providing excellent customer service in assisting patients with optical needs in a fast-paced optical clinic.
Our Optician should pay attention to detail and accuracy. If you are patient, personable, computer-savvy and can multitask, we'd like to meet you. Your goal will be to provide personal patient care from selection of frames to final adjustment and delivery of eyeglasses.
This fast-paced team-oriented role will commonly work with office staff and doctors for collaborative patient satisfaction. Pay starts at $15 with review after 90 days. Duties Include:

- Glasses adjustment/repair/lens insertion
- Ordering glasses in computer system
- Coordinate with insurance companies
- Assisting and communicating with patients
- Scheduling for Rx troubleshooting for patients
- Experience related to customer service
- Understanding of computer software
- Attention to detail
- HIPAA compliant
