This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on Google Business Profile review, business listing evaluation, profile management workflows, customer-facing online presence assessment, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their hands-on experience managing verified business profiles to review realistic platform scenarios, evaluate profile-related outputs, and provide structured feedback based on real business-owner workflows.

Google Business Profile Review

• Review scenarios involving Google Business Profile management, business listing accuracy, profile updates, and customer-facing business information
• Evaluate profile-related outputs for clarity, completeness, accuracy, and practical usefulness to business owners or administrators
• Support structured review of business categories, operating hours, service descriptions, location details, photos, profile updates, and customer communication workflows
• Identify missing information, unclear profile details, inconsistent listing content, and expected business profile review outcomes

Business Listing & Customer Interaction Assessment

• Review workflows involving online inquiries, customer-facing updates, business information changes, review responses, and local search presence
• Evaluate business profile scenarios against real-world owner or administrator experience
• Support review of use cases across hospitality, food and beverage, retail, shopping, professional services, trade services, consulting, and consumer-facing businesses
• Prepare clear written feedback based on practical platform experience and verifiable profile-management criteria

Platform Feedback & Structured Evaluation

• Provide structured feedback on Google Business Profile workflows, platform usability, profile accuracy, and owner-facing experience
• Review materials for consistency, practical relevance, and alignment with common business listing management needs
• Apply real-world business-owner judgment to profile-management scenarios and platform evaluation tasks
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

• Active ownership or administrator access for a verified Google Business Profile
• Regular experience managing a business listing, updating business information, responding to inquiries, reviewing profile details, or maintaining online presence
• Functional understanding of Google Business Profile tools and business listing workflows
• Experience managing a business in sectors such as hospitality, food and beverage, retail, professional services, trade services, consulting, or consumer-facing services
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment

Educational Background

• Formal technical training is not required
• Practical experience as a business owner, business administrator, store manager, hospitality manager, restaurant operator, retail owner, service provider, consultant, or profile administrator is highly relevant
• Experience managing online listings, local search presence, customer communications, or business profile updates is especially valuable

Nice to Have

• At least one year of active Google Business Profile history
