Pay: $2,087.20 per week


Shifts: 8hr evenings, 11a-7:30p; Weekend, call, and holidays required


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced OR Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel assignment in Watertown, NY. This role is essential in maintaining a sterile surgical environment in the operating room, and the successful candidate will work under the supervision of an RN to assist in various surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities of the OR Certified Surgical Technologist

• Function under the direct supervision of an RN to assist in Nursing care and surgical patient preparation
• Perform technical duties relating to scrub personnel
• Ensure surgical equipment is functioning safely and properly
• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
• Maintain a sterile surgical room
• Precept new staff as needed

Requirements of the OR Certified Surgical Technologist

• MUST BE CERTIFIED in surgical technology
• Completion of a Certified Surgical Tech program
• Travel experience required
• Experience with Orthopedics, scrubbing, and Da Vinci systems
• BLS certification required
• Knowledge in the use of cleaning/sterilization/disinfection of equipment in the OR
• Must arrive within 1/2 hour of getting called in
