Summary:The part-time Front Desk Supervisor will be in charge of supervising the day to day operations and work activities of the Front Desk Agents and Reservations Center. Ensure the highest degree of professionalism, customer service and guest satisfaction is being provided.What You Will Be DoingMaintain an environment of professionalismTo adhere to house rules, departmental policies, and safety standardsCommunicate clearly with guests and managementRespond to or channel any guest requests/complaints to the department or proper managerUse problem-solving skills to professionally handle any guest issue, question, or concernPerform other duties as assigned by managementHow You Will Do ItPromote/sell in-house venues of the hotel and water parkResolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and effectivelyContinuous training of staff in Guest ServiceIncrease revenues by controlling labor and other costsInvestigate and resolve guest concerns in a courteous and professional mannerEnsure maintenance and cleanliness of the Front Office are maintainedMultitask between reservations and the front desk when the reservations Supervisor is not availableStrive for a high level of positive guest commentsWhat You Will NeedHigh School diploma or equivalentAAS Degree in Hospitality preferred, but not requiredPast employment in a Front Office setting preferredUp to 6 months experience in Front Office or related fieldMust be able to speak, understand, read, and write EnglishProficiency in computer related programs including Microsoft OfficeExceptional work ethic and attention to detailMust be able to be on feet for a period of up to four (4) hours in lengthPossess ability to effectively promote and market all hotel and water park servicesPossess leadership and ability to communicate in a professional mannerPossess ability to motivate, develop, and direct staff as they workWhy work with us?Pay rate: $18.50/hrFlexible schedulingPaid trainingAdvancement opportunitiesExclusive employee eventsFun rewards, benefits, and more!
