Through innovative technology, data, analytics, and digital marketing solutions, the Company partners with leading multifamily owners and operators to deliver measurable business results.As the Company enters its next phase of growth, it is investing heavily in its technology ecosystem and seeking a strategic executive to lead its data, platform, and AI initiatives.Position OverviewThe Chief Data & Platform Officer will lead the Company's technology platforms, enterprise data strategy, systems integrations, analytics infrastructure, and AI initiatives.This executive will build and optimize the technology ecosystem that enables the business to scale, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable client value.This is not a traditional CTO or CIO role focused on IT infrastructure or cybersecurity. However, an understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology risk is required to help guide platform, data, and AI decisions.The ideal candidate has built integrated data and platform ecosystems within a high-growth multifamily, PropTech, MarTech, or SaaS organization and has experience leading technology transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform StrategyOwn the strategy, roadmap, and governance for the Company's technology ecosystem, including HubSpot, Asana, website architecture, client portals, reporting tools, workflow automation, and other business platforms.Evaluate new technologies, oversee technology vendors, and continuously optimize the technology stack.Data & IntegrationsBuild a centralized enterprise database and establish a single source of truth for business and client data.Lead enterprise systems integrations across CRM, websites, client portals, reporting platforms, and internal applications.Ensure strong governance around data quality, security, accessibility, and architecture.Analytics & AIImprove marketing attribution, reporting, and business intelligence through Google Analytics, campaign data, and integrated reporting.Develop and execute the Company's AI strategy, including AI agents, workflow automation, and client-facing solutions that improve efficiency and innovation.Executive LeadershipLead the Technology Operations department, overseeing platform administration, HubSpot operations, data, workflow automation, systems integration, and business intelligence.Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology investments with strategic business goals.Key OutcomesSuccess in this role includes:A fully developed HubSpot CMS and client onboarding portalClear ownership of all core technology platformsA centralized enterprise database and trusted source of truthConnected systems with reliable, automated data movementImproved attribution, analytics, and client ROI reportingAI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client experienceStrong governance of platform architecture, integrations, data quality and privacy, AI governance and technology vendorsQualifications10 years of leadership experience in technology, data, platforms, systems architecture, or enterprise applicationsProven success building enterprise data infrastructure and integrated technology ecosystemsStrong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging technologiesExpertise in data architecture, systems integration, APIs, enterprise platforms, CRM technologies, analytics, and business intelligenceExperience leading enterprise Hubspot or comparable CRM and platform implementations, migrations, and integrationsExperience leading technical teams and large-scale technology initiativesWorking knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data privacy, and technology risk managementPreferredExperience in the multifamily industryPropTech, MarTech, or SaaS backgroundExperience integrating CRM, PMS, websites, portals, reporting platforms, and marketing technologiesUnderstanding of marketing technology, attribution, and customer analyticsExperience supporting a high-growth or investor-backed organizationIdeal CandidateWe're looking for a leader who has:Built connected enterprise platforms and scalable data infrastructureIntegrated CRM, websites, portals, reporting, and business systemsImproved analytics, business intelligence, and marketing attributionBuilt or implemented AI and automation solutionsLed technology transformation within a growing organizationExperience in multifamily, PropTech, MarTech, or a related technology environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryAnnual performance bonusExecutive revenue/profit-sharing incentiveComprehensive health and wellness benefitsFully remote work environmentWhy Join the Company?This is a unique opportunity to shape the technology foundation of a rapidly growing organization.
