Job Summary
The Assembly Operator is responsible for putting together components using hand tools, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality guidelines.
Job Description
- These laborers will be cutting apart wooden pallets and discarding into a 40-yard roll-off dumpster
- Break down wooden pallets efficiently
- Dispose of materials properly
- Able to follow instructions and proficient in using basic hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
- The position involves working with equipment components, tools, and production systems to ensure equipment is assembled accurately and efficiently.
Skills Required
- Skilled at using hand tools (Sawzall, crow bars, etc.)
- Attention to details
- Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, tape measure, grinders, and saws safely
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
- Previous experience with manual labor or warehouse work is a plus, but not required
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Degree or GED
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Work Hours: 1st Shift, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay Rate/Salary
- $17.00 /hr. Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location
