Senior Program Control Analyst (PCA)ASRC Federal Advanced Research, LLC, a Subsidiary of ASRC Federal Holding Company, is currently seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst (PCA) to support autonomy vehicle integrations in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This is a Hybrid position with some time onsite.Key Role:The ideal candidate will be trained in multiple facets related to managing project financials. Program Control Analysts often handle multiple tasks on any given day which can require coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, good organizational and task tracking ability, and have the capability to build and foster relationships. Ultimately, a successful Senior Program Control Analyst is an independent worker that interacts consistently with several functional areas to complete tasks and projects, with some direct managerial oversight.Duties & Responsibilities:Contract modification reviews and impact analysisAssist in project setup and maintenance alongside the internal project accounting teamMaintain and monitor the workforce and labor categories in Deltek CostpointAccurately review and approve invoices to the government customerCustomer ReportingManage internal tracking documents related to government funding and budgetsInternal unbilled analysis and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) analysisBuild and maintain Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis for individual programsAccurately forecast all cost elements with input from program management team in FocusPoint for monthly and annual budget planningInternal and ad hoc reportingValidate costs that have been posted for accuracy and handle corrections as neededSubcontract management and support of the subcontract administratorAssist in any required pricing activity for contract changesDisplay financial data and analysis in a clear and presentable mannerAnalyze and speak to any variances during the month end close process while comparing actuals to forecast/budgetCommunicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholdersServe as a business partner and adviser to leadership on all program financial mattersContribute to the success of the Defense and Intel operating group and ASRC FederalCoordinate with Program Managers and Project Managers to establish program baselines, milestones, critical paths, and resource requirementsSupport program planning activities including proposal development, contract modifications, and production planningSupport Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and schedule performance measurement activities when requiredDevelop program budgets and financial forecasts; track expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgetsAnalyze cost performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain program profitability and financial objectivesRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting/finance or a related discipline5+ years of Program Control Analyst experienceExcellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with internal and external teams in a hybrid environmentExperience tracking financial data and presenting analysisAdvanced Excel skill set, proficient Microsoft Office skill setAbility to manage priorities and workloadPossess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, the ability to adapt to changing environments, and the desire to be part of a team that can assist others when neededPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in the field of Government ContractingPrior experience in Program Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis departmentsPrior experience reconciling financial statementsPrior experience using Deltek Costpoint and IBM Planning Analytics (FocusPoint)We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
