Since opening in 1977 as an after-hours emergency clinic, AERA has evolved into a leading multi-specialty referral center dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting advanced veterinary medicine. In 2021, we opened a state-of-the-art 45,000-square-foot facility designed to support collaboration, innovation, and clinical excellence. Our hospital is home to specialists in Anesthesia, Internal Medicine, Radiation Oncology and Surgery, supported by a highly skilled 24/7 Emergency & Critical Care team.
