Our premier client is seeking aTechnology Lead / Manufacturing Process Engineer who thrives at the intersection of hands-on engineering and advanced data analytics.

Bridging the gap between shop-floor equipment and digital systems, you will leverage automated line data (via Excel and Power BI) to systematically eliminate downtime, collaborate directly with machinery manufacturers (OEMs) on technical upgrades, and design low-cost engineering solutions that can be standardized and scaled across factories.

responsibilities:

• Lead root-cause analysis to identify and fix planned and unplanned equipment downtime.

• Collaborate with machine manufacturers (OEMs) and write User Requirement Specifications (URS) for equipment upgrades.

• Design and implement low-cost, localized engineering solutions to improve line reliability.

• Build data models and interactive dashboards (Excel/Power BI) to track factory KPIs and performance.

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses (CBAs) to justify process improvements and track financial impacts.

• Create Knowledge Transfer Packages (KTPs) to help other factories replicate your technical solutions.

• Maintain manufacturing process standards and train site teams on digital and information management (IM) tools

Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years in high-volume manufacturing
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent work experience
  
  
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying process issues and developing effective solutions. Excel required, Power BI a strong plus
  
  
• strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  
  
• Ability to travel frequently and move throughout the manufacturing plant.
