This full-time position is designed to be remote, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort and convenience of your location while remaining connected with a supportive team of mental health professionals. Our outpatient model focuses on accessible therapy services that meet clients where they are, integrating modern communication technologies to enhance client engagement and rapport. You will have regular check-ins with your peers, ensuring a collaborative approach to therapy that enhances patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to understand client backgrounds, mental health history, and specific needs.

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals of each client.
  • \n
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions and ensuring a safe, productive, and engaging environment.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • \n
  • Participating in team meetings to discuss client progress, ensure continuity of care, and align on best practices.
  • \n
  • Offering crisis intervention when needed and collaborating with other professionals or resources for comprehensive client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will provide therapeutic support to a varied client base, including children and adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will work with clients struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. The diversity in client backgrounds will require you to adapt your therapeutic approaches and cultural competencies to best meet their needs.

Qualifications\n

All candidates must hold a valid licensure, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Additionally, the following educational qualifications are required:

  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Current licensure to practice as a mental health counselor in Pennsylvania.
