Shift: 24-hour shifts (Level III/LV Units); 10- or 12-hour day shifts, 12- or 16-hour night shifts (Level IV)

Hours/week: Varies based on shift schedule

Employment Type: Full-Time

Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (must be current)

Experience: 2+ years as NNP required; not accepting new graduates or locum candidates

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Pay package discussed upon application)

• Provide specialized neonatal care for high-acuity patients in a Level III/IV NICU
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Participate in rotating shifts across multiple hospital facilities within a 30-minute drive
• Support the care of neonates with a wide range of medical conditions
• Engage in professional growth within a leading healthcare provider

What You Need

• Current, valid Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 2+ years of NICU experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-acuity, fast-paced environment
