Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed for best results

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Mississippi (or compact eligible)
• Current CPR certification (BLS required)
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
• Proficient in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual techniques
• Knowledge of EMR systems and documentation standards
• Ability to motivate patients and adapt treatments to individual needs
