Senior Account Manager

Strengthen client partnerships and accelerate growth by collaborating with global teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
About the Role
You will engage with key stakeholders across the client's global network to build executive-level relationships and expand International SOS product adoption. Key duties:
- Create engagement strategies across multiple functions within clients to deliver value and drive utilisation of services
- Identify and lead cross-border opportunities, coordinating internal teams to deliver strategic account plans.
- Develop and execute global retention and growth strategies
- Be the International SOS Ambassador for Clients operating in New Zealand, working with marketing to input to in-person events and promotion
About You
- 5+ years in B2B account management and proven experience building C-suite and cross-functional client relationships
- Available to travel for client visits, team meetings, and occasional interstate training
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hold full working rights in New Zealand
- Being based in Auckland or Wellington is beneficial
