I-RI-ON is built around the idea that great hospitality is just as important as great food. We serve a focused menu of Korean soups, stews, and small plates in a welcoming, neighborhood environment where guests can enjoy lunch, dinner, or a late-night meal.

Co-founded by the team behind concepts including Hue House, Gulp, 929, 56709, and Skin Philosophy, I-RI-ON is seeking a seasoned Server to create the ultimate guest experience.

What You'll Do

Welcome and engage guests with friendly, attentive service
Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
Accurately enter orders into the POS system
Ensure food and beverages are delivered correctly and in a timely manner
Maintain your section throughout service, including refilling water, clearing tables, and anticipating guest needs
Process payments accurately
Work closely with hosts, runners, and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
Complete opening, side work, and closing responsibilities
Help create a positive, supportive team culture

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has a genuine passion for hospitality
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Communicates professionally with both guests and teammates
Takes initiative and has a strong sense of urgency
Is dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Is eager to learn and grow with a new restaurant

Previous serving experience is preferred, but we value attitude, work ethic, and hospitality just as much as experience.

Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be authorized to work in the United States
