Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to ICU patients following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; reassess and adjust as needed.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Supervise and direct activities of licensed and unlicensed nursing staff on the unit.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and other disciplines to coordinate care.
- Document observations, interventions, and outcomes; use critical thinking and independent judgment.

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Nursing degree (ASN or BSN) required or equivalent
- Ability to work in a high-acuity ICU setting and function within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Willingness to participate in credentialing/onboarding for a travel assignment
