We are seeking a passionate, patient-centered Medical Aesthetics Injector (APRN or PA-C) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who combines strong clinical expertise with exceptional relationship-building skills and a genuine desire to help patients look, feel, and live their best.

As a Medical Aesthetics Injector, you will serve as both a clinical expert and trusted advisor, guiding patients through their aesthetic and wellness journey while delivering an elevated patient experience that reflects the AlluraMD standard.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care
• Perform aesthetic injections and other approved aesthetic procedures within scope of practice.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and assessments to understand patients' aesthetic and wellness goals.
• Develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and desired outcomes.
• Administer IV therapy and support wellness treatment programs, including GLP-1 therapies.
• Conduct skin analyses and recommend appropriate treatments, skincare products, and wellness solutions.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, aftercare, and ongoing maintenance plans.
• Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after treatment to ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted resource by providing ongoing guidance, education, and support throughout the patient journey.
• Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships through professionalism, empathy, and personalized care.

Support Clinical Operations

• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Ensure all treatment records, photographs, consent forms, and clinical documentation are completed in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, inventory, and supplies to support efficient daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs proactively.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate and Support the Team

• Collaborate closely with providers, leadership, patient experience coordinators, and clinical team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain open, professional, and respectful communication with team members and leadership.
• Support cross-functional teamwork to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Contribute clinical insights and recommendations during team meetings and discussions.
• Assist other locations or team members when needed to support operational success and patient care.

Contribute to Practice Growth

• Educate patients on available treatments, wellness services, memberships, skincare products, and treatment plans that support their goals.
• Support patient retention through exceptional service and relationship-building.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience and contribute to practice growth.
• Participate in community events, educational opportunities, promotions, and marketing initiatives when requested.
• Serve as a professional ambassador for the AlluraMD brand both inside and outside the organization.

Schedule: This is a part-time position 

Requirements:

  Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Florida APRN or PA-C license.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or a related specialty.
• Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills.
• Excellent bedside manner and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IV therapy.
• Experience with GLP-1 medications and wellness treatment programs.
• Experience with body contouring technologies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Advanced aesthetic training and certifications.
