What You'll Do as an Assembler: Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and work procedures Assemble components according to drawings, Bills of Materials, and work instructions Perform quality inspections, audits, and testing to ensure high standards Use hand tools, air tools, and basic equipment safely and efficiently Complete calibration and documentation as required Package finished goods and process shipping paperwork Inspect and repair returned materials (RMA) as needed Maintain production pace and meet daily efficiency standards Report quality, equipment, or material issues to leadership Skills and Experience Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to read and understand written instructions in English Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to lift 2025 lbs regularly and maneuver up to 50 lbs Experience using hand tools and power tools Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Team-focused mindset with flexibility to assist where needed Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks Willingness to work overtime when required We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
