Job Summary The Human Resources Director serves as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to organizational leaders, driving business outcomes through talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives. This role provides strategic HR consultation, leverages workforce analytics and insights to support decision-making, and connects business teams with the appropriate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and shared services to achieve talent and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly influential HR leader with extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, change management, and executive consulting. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Business Partnership Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, functional teams, and site leadership. Align HR strategies with organizational goals and business priorities. Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement talent strategies that drive business performance and employee engagement. Contribute to the design and execution of local people plans that support broader HR and business objectives. Drive a consistent, positive employee experience across supported functions. Talent Strategy & Organizational Development Advise leaders on talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational capability development. Identify skill gaps and talent needs, partnering with HR resources to develop solutions. Support talent assessment, development, and retention initiatives. Facilitate organizational effectiveness and high-performance culture initiatives. Drive implementation of Talent & Organization (T&O) strategies and programs. Consulting & Leadership Coaching Provide strategic HR consulting and guidance to managers and business leaders. Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and talent-related challenges. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for non-HR Solutions-related services. Influence and guide leadership decision-making through data-driven recommendations. Organizational Design & Change Management Lead and support organizational design and restructuring initiatives. Drive change management efforts that improve organizational effectiveness and business performance. Partner with leadership to implement workforce transformations and process improvements. Support business readiness and adoption of organizational changes. Workforce Analytics & Business Insights Analyze workforce data, business metrics, and talent trends to support strategic decision-making. Identify opportunities for process, program, and organizational improvements. Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on HR and business data. Monitor key talent and organizational performance indicators. Problem Solving & HR Solutions Diagnose complex HR and organizational challenges. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Solutions teams to develop and implement effective solutions. Anticipate business and workforce needs and proactively address potential issues. Support the implementation of HR programs, tools, and initiatives across the organization. Stakeholder Management Build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization. Influence leaders, managers, and employees to adopt HR best practices, programs, and tools. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support organizational priorities and strategic initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience, consulting experience, or equivalent professional experience. Strong experience in: HR Business Partnering Talent Management Workforce Planning Organizational Development Change Management Leadership Coaching Employee Engagement Demonstrated ability to influence senior acleaders and drive strategic business decisions. Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging workforce data and talent metrics. Excellent consulting, communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills. Experience leading organizational transformation and people-related initiatives. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum 11 years of progressive HR leadership or consulting experience. Experience supporting large-scale organizations, global operations, or shared service environments. Advanced expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce analytics. Experience collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence and enterprise HR teams. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and leadership development practices. Certifications (If Any) Pro fessional HR certifications are preferred, including: SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) SHRM-CP SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Change Management, Organizational Development, or Leadership Coaching certifications are a plus .
