What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy (mostly in-person, some telehealth, hybrid schedule). Maintain clear, timely documentation — without the burnout pace. Ideal Fit You’re a clinician who… Is fully licensed in California (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC). Brings a trauma-informed and insight-oriented approach. Enjoys both independence and collaboration. Has 3–5+ years of experience and a passion for deep, insight oriented, meaningful therapy. Bonus: Training in EMDR, IFS, or OCD treatment.
