About the Opportunity

You join our passionate sales support team and play a key role in supporting customers throughout the entire sample preparation workflow and help them get reliable, reproducible results using QIAGEN's extraction technologies. You work closely with sales and marketing teams, provide hands-on guidance, and translate customer needs into practical solutions. This is your chance to combine your technical expertise with customer interaction while driving commercial success in your region. This role is based in Mexico City.

Your tasks include:

• Support the assigned portfolio of sample preparation products and drive sales growth in collaboration with the sales team.
• Identify new customer opportunities and convert them into concrete actions that strengthen the pipeline.
• Deliver expert pre-sales consultations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customers receive the right solutions for their workflows.
• Plan and conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and workflow trainings for prospects and existing users.
• Exchange insights with marketing to help develop targeted strategies for the sample prep portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, laboratories, and opinion leaders in your region.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts and ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to secure an excellent customer experience.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences, molecular biology, biotechnology, or a related field.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in molecular biology, sample preparation, or technical support.
• Strong understanding of nucleic acid extraction workflows and common laboratory methods.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and tailor your communication to different audiences.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., SFDC) is an advantage.
• Fluent level of Spanish and higher level of English (mandatory).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively on a national level (80%).
