How You’ll Make an Impact Initiate and complete device activations while communicating product features and ensuringa positivecustomer experience using inbound and outbound dialing systems Guide customers through the activation process for mobile and internet servicesutilizingSpectrum’s tools and applications Upselladditionalproducts and services to existing customers byidentifyingopportunities and presenting tailored solutions Stay up to date and knowledgeable about all current Spectrum products and services Facilitate escalations to leadership for prompt support and resolution Troubleshoot activation errors, carrierissuesand device setup concerns efficiently Meet daily targets and key performance indicators for calls and product activations Assistand instruct customers through various communication channels Document and share best practices within the team Working Conditions Office environment Flexible work schedule What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience 2+ years of customerservice orsalesexperience Skills Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask effectively Ability to conduct a needs analysis (consultative approach), overcome objections, develop a strong sales pitch, and effectively close sales Ability to use personal computer & multiple software applications Ability to work independently and in a group environment Ability to effectively address/resolve customer complaints and issues Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time, taking/dialing back-to-back calls Knowledge of office procedures and Company policies Knowledge of service troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications Skills Ability tomaintainconfidentiality Ability to solve problems while working under pressure Knowledge of the cable/telephony industry - products and services Knowledge of all four lines of business (Cable, Internet, Voice, Mobile) Knowledge of Residential product information, packaging, pricing, and current offers #J-18808-Ljbffr
