We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. You will be working between two branches in Jackson and Lansing.

$18.00 hourly

Some recruiting experience working in a staffing agency.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Work with an Applicant Tracking Data Base

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the staffing industry preferred, preferably in the light industrial field
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
