Certified Surgical TechnologistJackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.Minimum Requirements:Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)BLS Certification2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environmentFor CVOR positions, 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environmentCertified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA or NCCTND UAP1 year of experienceCandidates must be proficient in either Ortho/Neuro or General/RoboticsExperience with open bellies, GYN, DaVinci Xi for general, and Endo for General/Robotics1 year of Ortho/Neuro OR experience for Ortho/NeuroAssignment Details:Rotating 8-hour shifts: 0645-1515, 0900-1730, 1500-2330, and 0700-1930 on weekends only.Weeknight call required 1-2 times per week from 1515-0645.Weekend call required based on staffing, approximately every 3-4 weekends from Friday 1515 to Monday 0645.Holiday call required.
