Supporting the marketing team remotely, the full-time Marketing Operations Coordinator will manage the execution of B2B campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery of content and assets while optimizing marketing processes and systems. Key responsibilities Coordinates the end-to-end execution of integrated B2B campaigns across email, social, digital ads, and events Partners with content marketing and design teams to manage creative assets and ensure on-brand execution Tracks and reports on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Up to 2+ years' experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or content marketing within a B2B environment Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Experience managing multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch Strong organizational and project management skills, with proficiency in Excel
